Your appointment time has been reserved for you. We appreciate prompt arrival for appointments and require 24 hours notice to cancel, change or reschedule all appointments. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Late cancellation or missed appointments will be charged the full treatment fee.

In the event you are late, we may be unable to accommodate your complete treatment time. Payment for all treatment, whether private or insured is ultimately the responsibility of the patient. Please be courteous to your therapist and other clients by respecting our policies. We appreciate your understanding.
